Sejak mengamalkan Herbalife since May 2012. My total weight loss about 4 kilo. (last timbang bln 6 kot) Sikit je tapi takpe since my inch yang banyak kurang. Mesti la perasan sebab baju lama dah muat balik plus ramai yang cakap dah nampak lain.Why total loss in kilo sikit? Sebab saya ambil F3 which is utk build muscle. So bahagian yang flabby tu dia tukar jadi otot. Otot kan lagi berat dari lemak. Sebab tu la jadi firm sikit and measurement berkurangan.
So now nak fokus bulan puasa pulak.Nak buat betul-betul. Memang memerlukan kesabaran and jangan expect we can achieve the target in a month. Sabar and insyaAllah akan nampak hasilnya.
Kepada pembaca di luar sana. Saya attachkan menu plan during fasting month.Actually amik Shake masa sahur is better than makan nasik and it really works on me even tough saya ada gastrik.
