Yeay..semalam timbang my weight dah 60kg eh 61.5kg. From 68.8kg in May 2012 and now 61kg. No strict diet just makan herbalife and light exercise at home. I admit that yang saya masih mengamalkan activity memakan makanan berminyak and berlemak cuma dalam kuantiti yg sedikit. Just watch my calorie intake and if dah terlebih mesti bakar balik.
Nak jadi sihat and get ideal weight kita tak boleh stress and fikir bila nak kurus. Just go with the flow and insyaAllah anda akan dapat result walaupun lambat. Cuma jangan la bila dah turun 2kilo then you celebrate with enjoying the food sampai tak ingat you are on diet. Tak pasal-pasal nanti naik balik 5kilo.
